Great Expectations was founded by Patricia Gordon in 1999 to serve the developmentally disabled population through the Medicaid Waiver Program.  Our agency has strived to build a team that will enable us to serve a wide variety of consumers to the best of your expectations.  The backbone of our agency is our caring and compassionate team of staff members. 

Our journey started from a personal experience of witnessing the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in accessing quality care. This guided us to establish a company that prioritizes companionship, personal care assistance, and medication management to enhance the well-being of our clients. We pride ourselves on our dedicated team of caregivers who are compassionate, reliable, and experienced in meeting the unique needs of each individual.
