Companion Care: LSD1
Our Life Skills services offer activities in the community engaging them in several Special Olympics activities, Meal prepping, walks and cookouts in the parks, shopping, theme parks and much more. Life Skills focuses on enhancing daily living skills, social interactions, and community engagement.
Res-Hab/Group Home
Residential habilitation provides supervision and specific training activities that assist the individual to acquire, maintain, or improve skills related to activities of daily living. This training is provided in accordance with a formal implementation plan, developed with direction from the individual and reflects the individual’s goal(s) from the current support plan.
Personal Support
Our Personal Support services include help with daily living activities, medication reminders, and personal hygiene care to promote independence and comfort. Helping individual with completing activities of daily living (ADLs), such as cooking and much more. Our dedicated team ensures the highest level of care and attention to detail, giving you peace of mind knowing your loved ones are in good hands
Respite Care
Our Respite Care services provide temporary relief for family caregivers, allowing them to take a break and recharge. Our compassionate caregiver's step in to provide care and support to ensure the well-being of both the caregiver and the client. Our Respite Care service provides much-needed relief for family caregivers, allowing them to recharge and continue providing the best care for their loved ones.
Support Living
Supported Living is a category of residential services for adults with developmental disabilities. The main objective of Supported Living services is to provide the necessary support for individuals to establish, reside in, and maintain their own homes while fully integrating into their communities. An individual may receive Supported Living Coaching and/or Personal Supports under the umbrella of Supported Living services.
